When paying in Ukrainian hryvnia, the registration fee is calculated at the internal settlement rate on the date of invoice.
The feeincludes attendance to conference events, conference materials, online access to conference proceedings, coffee breaks between sessions, lunches, a dinner.
Note:
- Hotel accommodation & transfer are NOT included.
- All inquiries regarding participation cancellation should be sent in a written form not later than 21 day before the event.
- Registration fee is not refunded after less than 21 day before the event.
- Delegate substitution is allowed without any additional payments or fine
- The full conference package is guaranteed by the registration fee payment at least three weeks before the conference.
